Gong Fu Cha Tea Ceremony: Gong Fu Tea is the pinnacle to tea preparation, requiring great skill and mastery. The aim of the host is to respect the guests by serving the very best tea possible and the guests have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy very fine tea with all five senses, finding great peace and a heightened awareness through tea.
After a short welcome and introduction, the formal tea ceremony will commence with silence, often accompanied by a carefully chosen musical selection. We will enjoy numerous rounds of tea steeped in full presence. At the conclusion the guests will be invited to comment, ask questions, share their experience etc.
Bowl Tea Ceremony: This tea ceremony is a chance to drop in and connect with our inner selves, with each other and with nature through the tea leaf. This ceremony deepens our relationship to tea and pays homage to the legend of how the healing power of tea was initially discovered by the Divine Farmer “Shen Nong”
After a short welcome and introduction, the formal tea ceremony will commence with silence, often accompanied by a carefully chosen musical selection.
