Próximo Taller de Té: 10 Marzo 2013
Domingo 10 de Marzo, 2013 haremos dos Talleres de té Pu-erh diferentes. Ambos serán para grupos muy reducidos porque los tés que degustaremos serán preparados como Ceremonia de Té al estilo Gong Fu.
En el primer Taller explicaremos más profundamente el cultivo de té puerh, su prensado, su almacenamiento y envejecimiento, y por último degustaremos un Sheng Puerh del 2004 (Pu-erh Verde), otro Shou Pu-erh del 2005 (Pu-erh Rojo)
El segundo taller es para bebedores de Pu-erh un poco más avanzados. Al comienzo del taller no hablaremos tanto sobre el té sino lo disfrutaremos más íntimamente, tratándose de té puerh muy viejo: un Sheng Puerh de los años 70, y un Shou Puerh de los años 80 preparados hirviendo el agua con carbón vegetal. Al final de la degustación aclararemos dudas acerca del cultivo de té puerh, su prensado, su almacenamiento y envejecimiento y almacenamiento

Next Tea Workshop: March 10, 2013
Sunday March 10, 2013 we will hold two different Pu-erh tea workshops. Both will be for very small groups because the teas will be tasting will be prepared as Gong Fu style tea ceremony.
The first workshop will explain puerh tea cultivation, pressing, storage and aging, and finally we’ll taste a 2004 Sheng Puerh (Green Pu-erh), another Shou Pu-erh 2005 (Red Pu-erh)
The second workshop is for a little more advanced Pu-erh drinkers. At the beginning of the workshop we will not talk much about tea but enjoy it more quietly as we will be tasting very old puerh tea: One Sheng Puerh from the 70s and a Shou Puerh of the 80’s, both prepared by boiling with charcoal. After tasting we’ll clarify doubts about puerh tea cultivation, its pressing, storage and aging and storage
