Las Pautas de Preparación de los Diferentes Tés
Este taller de té está dirigido a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre las pautas de preparación de las diferentes categorías de té: té blanco, té verde, té azul (oolong), té negro, té rojo (pu-erh).
Explicaremos como preparar los diferentes tipos de té, como controlar temperatura y tiempos de infusión, así como estudiar los diferentes métodos de preparación y como determinar cual es el más adecuado en un momento dado.

Este taller de té está dirigido a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre Chanoyu y la Ceremonia de Té Japonés y la preparación del té verde Matcha estilo Koicha y estilo Usucha.

Este taller de té está dirigido a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre la Ceremonia de Té Chino, mejor conocido como Té al Estilo Gong Fu. En este taller elaboraremos una ceremonia de té Gong Fu, explicando cada paso y apreciando la evolución de las aromas y sabores del té en varias infusiones sucesivas.

How to Prepare Different Tea Varieties
This tea workshop is aimed at tea lovers who wish to deepen their knowledge on the various things we must have in mind when preparing tea and the “rules of tea preparation” for the different tea categories: white tea, green tea, oolong (blue tea), black tea, red tea (puerh).
We’ll explain how to prepare the different types of tea, how to control temperature and steeping time, as well as the various methods of tea preparation and how to determine which method of preparation is most adequate for a given moment.

This tea workshop is aimed at all those wishing to broaden their knowledge of the Chinese Gong Fu Tea Ceremony. In this workshop we will perform a Gong Fu Tea Ceremony, explaining each step and apreciating the evolution of the aromas and flavors as we prepare succesive infusions of the same tea.
