En este taller explicaremos los diferentes tipos de té envejecido que existen (té blanco, té verde, té oolong, té sheng puerh, té shou puerh, té negro) y explicaremos más profundamente su prensado, almacenamiento y envejecimiento. Acompañaremos esta información con una desgustación especial de 3 tés envejecidos muy difíciles de encontrar (de entre 20 y 40 años)… porque la mejor manera de entender lo que aporta el proceso de envejecimiento es beber el resultado del paso de tiempo.

Every month we gather at Ceremonia del Té for a Global Tea Hut gathering where we share a meditation session, tea ceremony and speak about all things tea related. We share the tea of thee month and comment on the monthly Global Tea Hut magazine articles or topics.

Pairing Tea & Chocolate

Open Tea Ceremony

This tea ceremony will be open to the public. Space is limited so we recommend you come a little early to be guaranteed a spot. We will begin with a short welcome and introduction before commencing. We will then proceed with the tea ceremony, sharing a few cups or bowls of tea in silence. Lastly, we’ll save a little time for questions and for sharing our experience etc. Suggested minimum donation 13 €.
Full Moon Tea Ceremony

This tea ceremony will be open to the public. The full moon ceremony is the perfect moment to relax, mediate and take the opportunity to let go everything we no longer need or want, inviting change into our lives and shining light on all that we don’t need so we can transform and release it. Introduction to the 7 Tea Genres

Este taller es el regalo perfecto para quien quiera introducirse en el mundo de los tés y comprenderlo de una manera sencilla. Explicaremos los 7 categorías de té y disgustaremos muestras de cada. Acabaras el taller sabiendo la diferencia entre las diferentes categorías de té y habiendo disfrutando ejemplos de muy alta calidad de cada una de ellas: té blanco, té amarillo, té verde, té oolong, té rojo, té negro, té puerh.

Introduction to Tea Preparation (Methods and Procedure)

Este taller de té está dirigido a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre las pautas de preparación de las diferentes categorías de té: té blanco, té amarillo, té verde, té azul (oolong), té negro (hong cha), té obscuro (hei cha).
Explicaremos como preparar los diferentes tipos de té, como controlar temperatura y tiempos de infusión, así como estudiar los diferentes métodos de preparación y como determinar cual es el más adecuado en un momento dado. Este taller incluye la degustación de varios tés.

Discovering Bowl Tea: The oldest brewing method

En este taller muy especial descubriremos el método de preparación de té más sencillo y más antiguo del mundo. Bowl tea es una manera muy recomendada para beber té y conectarse con el espíritu del té. En las hojas y el agua encontramos una conexión con la naturaleza, los demás y nuestro propio ser. En este taller hablaremos acerca de sus orígenes y participaras en una ceremonia de bowl tea para experimentarlo y entender de manera más profunda porque esta preparación tiene tanta potencial para ser un elemento transformativo en nuestras vidas.
