Online Tea Classes!
Since the beginning of the quarentine we’ve been holding events online and it’s been a lot of fun! We just posted our next two classes, one is for beginner’s and one for more experienced tea aficionados or those who are curious to enter the world of tea at the top floor!
Virtual Class with Exclusive Tea Pack
Saturday May 30, 2020 at 10 am (we will record the session for those who can not attend)
This virtual tea class consists of a very exclusive tea Tea Exploration and Learning Pack aimed at experienced tea enthusiasts who embrace the idea of being pleasantly surprised and beginners who welcome the notion of being guided as they enter the vast world of tea at the very top floor. We will surprise you all with a specially curated selection of teas, most of which are not even available at Caj Chai! Upon purchasing this you will receive 60 euros worth of tea and a password protected link so you can join a Virtual Tea Class we will be holding on Zoom on May 30.
The class will be divided into two 40-minute segments. In the first part (at 10 am) I will talk about all of the teas, what makes each of them special, the best way to brew each and we will drink at least one of them together. In the second part (at 10:45) you may ask questions about the teas or brewing.
Virtual Class: Introduction to Tea Categories
Saturday, June 6 at 10 am (we will record the session for those who can not attend)
Do you enjoy tea but feel a bit lost and want to learn more? We’d love to guide you and teach you about tea. This virtual tea class is an introductory level aimed at those who wish to learn more about the various tea categories: white tea, green tea, oolong tea, red tea, black tea, puerh tea.
We’ll explain the processing steps for each category and explain the different sub-categories in each of them and taste samples of each.
Upon purchasing this workshop you will receive the a generous assortment of tea samples representative of each tea category and a password protected link so you can join a Virtual Tea Class we will be holding on Zoom on Saturday, June 6.
