Próximo Taller: Profundización en el té Oolong (Té Azul)
Este taller de té de 2,5 horas está dirigida a aquellos que quieren profundizarse más en el gran mundo del té oolong!
El té oolong representa la categoría de té más amplía, reuniendo tés con muy poca oxidación como el Baozhong o Pouchong a tés con baja, media o alta oxidación y con varios niveles de tueste. En este taller probaremos muchos interesantes ejemplares de té oolong de diversos países: Taiwan, China, Japón, Tailandia, Malawi…
El propósito de este taller es aprender bien que es el té oolong, cuales son sus máximas representantes y sub-categorias, y como se diferencian entre sí. Para esto haremos varias rondas de degustaciones donde nos enfocaremos nuestros sentidos en percibir sus diferencias y similaridades.

In this workshop we’ll taste interesting examples of oolong tea from various countries: Taiwan, China, Japan, Malawi…
The purpose of this workshop is to learn what oolong tea is, which are the most important sub-categories of oolong tea and how they differentiate. To accomplish this we will not only speak about them, but more importantly we will taste them in various rounds planned to heighten your senses and perceive their differences and similarities.
