Descubriendo Bowl Tea: El método de preparación más antiguo.
En este taller muy especial descubriremos el método de preparación de té más sencillo y más antiguo del mundo. Bowl tea es una manera muy recomendada para beber té y conectarse con el espíritu del té. En las hojas y el agua encontramos una conexión con la naturaleza, los demás y nuestro propio ser. En este taller hablaremos acerca de sus orígenes y participaras en una ceremonia de bowl tea para experimentarlo y entender de manera más profunda porque esta preparación tiene tanta potencial para ser un elemento transformativo en nuestras vidas.

Global Tea Hut es el Club de Té creado por Tea Sage Hut, una organización sin ánimo de lucro, instalada en Taiwán, que a través de su labor y templo de té se dedican a promover el cultivo ecológico y sostenible del té, así como su capacidad transformadora como elemento armónico para nuestras vidas.
Cada mes nos reunimos en la tetería Čaj Chai (a veces al aire libre) para una sesión Global Tea Hut donde compartimos una sesión de meditación y té preparado con ceremonia de té gong fu, y donde charlamos sobre la información en el newsletter que nos mandan junto con el té del mes.

Čaj Chai cumple 10 años!
Las fiestas navideñas de acercan y este 21 de diciembre Čaj Chai celebra el solsticio de invierno y su 10º aniversario! Así que tenemos mucha razón para celebrar! No dejes de pasarte por la tetería para celebrar con nosotros! Antonio hará una seleción de tés envejecidos para compartir con todos en una ceremonia de té abierto y gratuito para todos. Será una mañana para recordar!

Cata de Té Japonés
Esta cata de té está dirigida a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre el té japones. Normalmente la gente piensa en té japonés piensan en té verde. En esta cata disfrutaremos de té japonés verde, azul, rojo y negro!!!
Cada participante dispondrá de un juego de cata para poder preparar y apreciar cada té usando todos los sentidos. La degustación en forma de cata te servirá para agudizar vuestra sensibilidad a la hora de comparar tés diferentes de manera simultanea, así como intentar cultivar un lenguaje para describir esas sensaciones.

Cata de Té Azul (Té Oolong)
Esta cata de té está dirigida a aquellos que quieren profundizar sus conocimientos sobre el té azul o té oolong, la categoría de té más amplia de todas porque recoge toda la gama de tés semi-oxidados (entre té verde y té negro). También se puede decir que el té oolong es la categoría más dificil de producir con maestría. Tendrás la oportunidad de catar una selección de la gama más alta de tes oolong y poder apreciar su gran variedad!

In this very special tea workshop we’ll discover the easiest and oldest method of brewing tea. Bowl Tea is a highly recommended way to drink tea and connect with the spirit of tea. In leaves and water we find a simple connection with nature, others and ourselves. In this workshop we’ll speak about its origins and perform a bowl tea ceremony so you can see for yourself how this special way of drinking tea has such great potential for being a transformative part of our daily lives.

Global Tea Hut is a tea club created by Tea Sage Hut, a non-profit tea center based in Taiwan, which is dedicated to promoted organic and sustainable tea and teaching about tea’s transformative potential as a harmonious element in our lives.

Cupping Japanese tea
This cupping is aimed at those who’d like to broaden their knowledge of Japanese tea. Normally people think of green tea when they think of Japanese tea… and with good reason. But in this special cupping we’ll be tasting Japanese green, blue, red and black tea!
Each participant will be given a tea cupping set to use and prepare their own tea. you will be shown how to appreciate the tea with all your senses. Cupping tea serves to sharpen our sensibility when comparing similar teas simultaneously, as well as developing a language to describe those sensations and impressions.

Cupping Blue Tea (Oolong Tea)
This cupping is aimed at all those who’d like to broaden their knowledge of blue tea or oolong tea, the widest tea category of them all since it covers all the semi-oxidized teas (those that are between green and black). You’ll have the opportunity of tasting a selection of high-quality oolong teas and appreciate the wide spectrum of possibilities.
